Lamb Eye Fillets

Our grass-fed Lamb Eye Fillet is very tender and lean. It is quick and easy to cook and can be cooked whole, grilled/pan fried or stir-fried. Use sprigs of Rosemary and thread lamb fillets onto the sprigs for delicious lamb kebabs.
