Beef Rib Eye

Grass-fed beef rib eye steak. This steak has excellent marbling, which gives it lots of flavour and provides it with the fat needed to help it stay tender during cooking. Rib-eye steak is best grilled and served medium rare, but it can still be tender if grilled to medium.
